I was trying to call for my brother to help but didn’t even have control of my voice. I’m now scared to go to sleep.
i used to have these all of the time, it started getting creepy after a while. I thought it had to do with something spiritual, but it turns out that it’s just your body slipping into a dreaming state while your mind is still conscious.

to get in the habit of not sleeping on “my side of the bed”
