This week at the #blackthornpub we have for an app: death’s door white whiskey cured salmon pate served with pickled onions and cherries, mandarin oranges, and pumpernickel toasts. Big Kahuna Burger (if you get the reference you win the prize) which is an 8oz hand packed teriyaki glazed burger topped with pineapple, Dearborn ham, sriracha mayo and swiss cheese. Fried cornmeal crusted catfish served on a dish of sausage and corn chowder, topped with whole mustard aioli. New York strip with grilled scallion butter, buttermilk-blue cheese twice baked potatoes and an ear of grilled Michigan sweet corn. Lastly the new desert is fire roasted Fiji apple tart with Jameson spike caramel sauce and whipped cream. Get you some (Taken with Instagram)
